Privacy
What we collect, and what we don’t.
The short version: we collect what you type into a quote or demo form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone who is not helping us reply.
Who we are
Nebula Wash is a drone exterior cleaning business operating in Houston, Texas. For anything in this policy, including a request to delete your details, reach us at [email protected] or 832-507-7150.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site, and only when you submit it:
- Your name, and the company or HOA you represent, if you give one.
- Email address, and phone number if you give one.
- The property address you want cleaned.
- Details about the job — which services interest you, the number of stories, your timing and budget range, and anything you write in the notes field.
Please do not put gate codes, alarm codes, keypad entries or other access credentials in a form. If we need them, we will arrange that with you directly once work is booked.
Why we have it
To answer the request you made — to price the work, schedule a site visit or a demo, and follow up on that specific inquiry. That is all. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we will not text or call you about anything other than the request you sent.
Who else sees it
Two services are involved in delivering this site, and both are worth naming plainly:
- Formspree receives your form submission and forwards it to us as email. It is a United States company and it stores submissions on its own systems. Its privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading them means your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. This happens on every page whether or not you submit anything.
Beyond those, we share your details with nobody. We do not sell your personal data, and we never have. We would disclose information if a court or law required it, and we would tell you unless we were forbidden from doing so.
Where it ends up
Submissions arrive as ordinary email and live in our inbox. Email is not encrypted end to end, which is the honest reason for the request above about access codes. Treat anything you send through a web form the way you would treat a postcard.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details until you ask us to delete them. If you become a customer, records tied to the work itself — the agreement, invoices, before and after imagery — are kept as long as that contract and our tax and insurance obligations require.
Having it deleted
Email or call us and ask. You do not need a reason and you do not need an account. We will confirm once it is done. You can also ask what we hold, ask us to correct something, or ask for a copy.
Texas residents
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights over their personal data. As a small business we fall inside the Act’s small-business exemption, which would only fall away if we sold sensitive data — we do not sell data of any kind. We honor access, correction and deletion requests regardless, on the terms above.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes to what we collect or who we share it with will be described here rather than made quietly.
Effective 19 September 2026. Last updated 19 September 2026.
